tbh I feel like this should be the one and only Heavy-Sniper multi-class melee. Why Sniper? Well, the machete IRL has a lot of utilities for surviving in the wilderness, so I think it could fit the Kiwi too.

As a Heavy main i really wished he had weapons that gave him a different or far more interesting playstyle, A meele that would cut down some of his ammo but make him really fast while using it would be incredibly fun but it would likely never be the case because Comp players and elitist tryhards like soldier and demomains tend to hate any class other than them getting a cool new toy that is actually viable while while comp players will never shut up about "Muh meta".

heavy just doesn't seem like the type to use a knife. all of his unlocks are boxing gloves because he likes to fight with his fists.

Considering I usually use the prinny knife on heavy, it would actually be really cool for Heavy to have a class-specific sword.

a real shame, but people would proboably get used to it since pretty much every handheld melee for heavy suffers from this problem, even non.stock miniguns suffer from this problem (especially when taunting)

a very nice looking machete, but the way the weapon is held in first person is rather strange, if that was fixed this would definitely be a 10/10 weapon

@jmakiela The item's concept was based off the WW2 Spetsnaz machete. Honestly, I forgot about the weapon you linked, but I can see the resemblance.

The only problem is it doesn't match the heavy's other melee weapons like boxing gloves or fists. He's more of a fist fighter then a weapon holder.
