Nope, I don't use them. I've only enabled the mods I've always used that have been updated for the new patch and never had this issue before. I just completed Norsca so I'm gonna try a new game and see if it works then.

Great Power is a global Modificator, which can be only lowered or raised.
Hi men! Thank you for the mod. I have a question: is it possible bound the great power penality to the "Avversion Penality"? Makes sense to me, for exemple, if greenskin become more powerful that Dwarfs hate them even more while nothing change for vampire counts.

I have a better Recruitment included in my Better AI Mod.
Garrison Mod could be a Thing, but i never felt the Need of this in the Game...
Yeah, but not me, as Lokerian did mostly much more complicated Mods.
