Oh, i got you. So, first step is create an image with a resolution of 2048x1024.
Then you have to download VTFEdit to save your image as .vtf format. Then just replace any file in workshop/materials/omgwtfbbq/community_cup/custom. But don't forget to name your file as it is named in the specific folder.

I mean, to replace those textures so the photos aren't the people from Overwatch.
I know how to change the skin on the program. I just wanted to make it have different characters or phrases on.

Right click>Skin>Choose any number.
