Since it takes literally zero effort, I sheared off the RPG mod from my own personal project after extensive bug fixing and some rebalancing.

The solution, for any who are interested, is to delete the node links between att_army_legacy_nomadic_hunnic_1_raider_band ,
att_army_legacy_nomadic_hunnic_3_defenders_camp ,
att_army_legacy_nomadic_hunnic_5_royal_host , and
att_army_legacy_nomadic_hunnic_5_scourge_world.
All are found in character_skill_node_links → AGC_Trad, and the correction should take 10 seconds, tops.
Oh, and delete the blank rows in that table, as well. Blanks are bad juju.

Note: All army tradition points lost before you fix the army tradition are gone . This can be fixed either with SaveParser or by loading a save before the skill points were deleted by the game.

Root cause found:
Attila does not (or appears not to) accept horizontal skill node links for army traditions, which means that all four horizontal links at the top of the hunnic army tradition break the parent skill (should be the child skill, but thanks for being ass-backwards Attila).

As for not supporting the mod, that's fine. It isn't my problem. Just figure I'd point out the issue (and now the solution, now that some tool assisted troubleshooting has been completed), as I generally do not steal fix total war mods that are less than two years out of date.

Further testing has concluded that, while the problem is not specifically the blank entries, something related to your skill node links at least for the Huns is indeed borked. Trashing the skill node links fixes the issue entirely.

I'm not well versed in the quirks of Attila's skill trees, nor am I doing the most exhaustive and notated tests (I'm not getting paid to do this and the 'tism hasn't properly kicked in for this issue), so I've not pinpointed the exact cause of the issue, but current suspicion is that it's the link between raiders and defender camp.

Now that I'm (temporarily) not sleep deprived: Part of the problem is you've left a lot of blank rows in character_skill_level_to_effects_junctions → AGC_Trad and character_skill_node_links → AGC_Trad.

It's amazing that that's not causing CTD on launch, as total war titles generally hate blank entries..

Hmm... sorry your having trouble. My first guess is that theres a conflict somewhere, so double check your mods.
Otherwise, I'm not sure what to tell you. I don't support this mod anymore, so if it's broke, it's going to stay broke.

I've noticed that upon loading a save or progressing a turn, any point put into any skill not in the leftmost column of the hunnic army tradition is removed, effectively wasting army tradition points.

Mercenary recruitment modifiers din't seem to apply for me, comparing to a similar Vanilla skill seems the effect_scope might have changed in some patch.

Replacing "general_to_force_own" with "force_to_general_own_forcewide" seems to work.

White Hun settling has no military traditions. The only other big mods that im using with this mod is Radious and Terminus allows white huns to settle.

Oh, yes, and Spies, especially for east and sand empires are useles (because they called Inspectors but you disabled their action to inspect own provinces). Which file do I need to edit to revert it back for me?

Hello! Well, Presian Marksmanship (for east army skill-tree) and next one skills are always dissapears after battle, if you spend your skillpoints on them. Also., sometimes Nomad army skill tree disappears in 2, 3 and 4 branches. I mean that all spent points are just removed and after battle ends army skill is greyed out as if you do not chose them.

Hey all... the bug with the White Huns should be fixed.

The unique skills were removed. You are free to create a submod to bring them back in, but that may be some work.

I dont know if its compatible with MK 2195, but if you find it does please let me know!
