People can use it if you make it a actual game asset and not prop (as long as it the asset has the prop of bay marker)

I don't quite know what you're asking for but if you place my car park in game it will be used by cims to park in...if you place that single parking bay in the game it will only be there to look at as nobody will actually use it.

If i place the prop i mean using more beautification which means that it won't, so would it be possible if you could quickly to a single free placing asset of a single bay?
