For some reason, the game says the scripts are conflicting with another mod, the only one I have for the AWP is the CoD Ghosts L115 skin.

Dont bother about conflict script , just keep resubscribe the model and the script so it can work, I also do that because I also got the same problem but it can fixed by doing these following step

Or it can fixed with download custom awp skin because the script is use for custom model to prevent left hand on custom model.

just restart the l4d2 and the model will be fine, it happen to everyone because is just a bug
