If it gives you visual problems with another game modes, exit from your current campaign (if you're playing one) and in the game main menu type in your console these commands:

@zexx11 No, it isn't. The difference is that this mutation doesn't include bot survivors. If you're playing alone, you'll be the only survivor. If you're playing alongside with two friends, then three survivors will be in-game.

@iZEK This mutation is for coop only, but I'll try to do a versus mode too.

Worst mutation ever, you can´t play with friends and when special infected got you, you are done. This mutation needs a lot of work.
