Does anyone know why the menu screen not showing up for me? It only show the original menu with green-white and cut-off version. What do?

I have tried various things and the same thing keeps happening, the only way I can get the sign to not shine is to save the texture in .BMP format but the lights do not turn on in the Hard Rain campaign, would it be possible to contact you and pass the texture to you so that you render it the same way you did with your work? It's all done, I just miss the format or skin issue. I would greatly appreciate it.
