1. When the mod is no longer to be updated and someone else will take over.
2. When an author has finished with the mod and no longer wants it.
3. When the mod has been made as a teaching aid.
As none of the above relates to the present situation I must decline, Sorry again.
I really wish you the best of luck and hope the CT in March shows that you are officially in remission! And thank you for sharing you story along with your talent with modding.
Also, I have worked with two surgeons who who have had very successful careers that you would never know wear a wearing a colostomy (both were unable to have the colon anastomosed due to large resections). Hosting a colostomy is not something that I but I feel your positive outlook is great and that, while some people feel disabled with a colostomy and end up depressed, please always remain positive and keep the optimistic mind set that you have conveyed in your post.
Best of luck!
I am a general practitioner (so you don't explain what something is ie. Omentum unless you want to for everyone else) but if you don't mind me asking was your original diagnosis colorectal cancer? Sounds like it was metastatic as they had to dissect the right lung, you had treatment on the descending colon and you had an adrenal adenoma, however, it is usually the descending aspect where adenocarcinoma develops but you mentioned hemi-colectomy of the ascending in '17 first. Oncology is not my strong point. Did chemo reduce the tumor size, which I assume was an adenocarcinoma, leading to an adrenalectomy or were there any other tumors also found at that time?
Right after that long explanation I would like to thank you again for asking, but it is starting to look good, another scan coming up in March next year if that is clear they will assume I am in remission, here's hoping. Oh and yes I am back modding lol.
2016 - Right Hemi-colectomy - where they took away the whole of my ascending colon.
2017 - Right lung wedge disection where they took away a third of my left lung.
2019 - Cyto reductive surgery with hitep chemo, here they took away a lot, my descending colon, lesser and greater Omentum (flaps that cover the stomach and abdomen) a few other things I will not go into here as the list is long.
2021 - In march this year the took away a large tumour on the adrenal gland on my right kidney and cleaned up some scar tissue from the op in 2019.
I hope you are well and i know what you have to go through. I had leukemia 10 years ago.
I wish you all the strenght you need to get through this time mate. Get well
Have tested the recooked mod in one of my servers and it seems to be working again just fine, please try it out and let me know if you have any problems.
recent surgery went well and has been classed as successful, not sure if I am disease free yet will know in September when I have my first pre-op CT scan, hence the reason I am back modding.
The current Chemotherapy has kept the disease stable enough for the surgeon to plan my next major surgery which will be mid March (hopefully, Covid 19 permitting) at The Christie hospital in Manchester, it is quite an in depth operation same as last time (9 hours under the knife last time) then about a year convalescence. So I will not be modding anytime soon. If the worst comes to the worst I will allow someone (experienced modder preferably) to take over the source files, that way the mod will not be totally lost.
If you ever return to ark and modding I would be excited to see what else you might have to offer :D
and yeah same as hirnsausen, i can't place them at all, they never show up still, your wireless mod works fine but not the wired ones.
Another thing: I just wanted to use your solar panels, but I cannot place them anywhere. Are you aware of any placement problem?
