If you have further issues i suggest you write on the forums, the shop is out of my jurisdiction and issues with it or the game are devs competency, however the devs are usually rather active and reply promptly, the community is nice and helpfull also!

You should have the trail as an item in your steam inventory, once you are in the character selection screen there is an option labeled "trail" that opens up a screen where you can select a trail... Sometimes the game used to not connect with steam well and you would have to wait some time/restart the game a few times for it to show up. However i have not played in a while so im not sure if that is stll the case.

If you have purchased it or obtained the store version it will appear in the "trail slot" of character select, workshop items afaik are not usable unless the onwer sends you the trail file(but the trail will only be visible to you)!

Added new gifs that have higher resolution and that represent the version of trail that you can buy in the store. Hopefully casper sees this and adds these gifs to the store instead!
