I too was having LOD issues (vehicles turning black at LOD range), and just assumed it was my graphics card being pants, or a side-effect of me running on lowest possible graphics settings.

Upon reading AmiPolizeiFunk's comment below, I decided to try disabling this asset.

IT FIXED THE PROBLEM.

For some reason this asset corrupts the LODs of all other vehicles - road, rail, air and sea, they all suffer due to this single asset.

I see the asset is a year old, but hopefully the author is still around to investigate.

Gorgeous! Thanks for making an After Dark ship, I really appreciate it. I used Advanced Vehicle Options to keep the large cruise liners from spawning as they look too weird going up and down a river haha. Is there any chance of you updating your car ferry for AD as well?
