There are multiple things that could be causing this. Try the following things and see if any of them help.

1. Unsubscribe and resubscribe to all of the addons related to this map.
2. Subscribe to the HL1 prop pack material fix, which can be found here: http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=666770638
3. Double check to make sure all of the required addons are enabled and subscribed to.

I have all the required addons installed and enabled but all the props(cars, desks etc) are errors its the same on the fixed version of the map

I'm pretty sure you can't trigger the cascade on this map. The map rp_blackmesa_laboratory has an admin room behind a garage door near spawn though.

Yeah, Sentinel was hacked a while back. Whoever did it removed all his addons, too. Kind of a dick move. I wonder if he'll come back.

It was not removed because of the content packs, it had something to do with the original creator being hacked. Thats all I know. (btw nobody really enforces that rule for the workshop uploads, they really only care about viruses, backdoors, harmful code, etc.)

It was probably removed since it requires multiple content packs for one addon, which is explicitly against the workshop rules. It's a great map, but don't be surprised if this one gets taken down too.
