Could this be modified to increase the amount of kills per rank? What are the original values for, say, Veteran?

@andrey_v_b Hopefully now troops won't be promoting as fast now while keeping the requirement still lower.

I want to reiterate that this mod is incorrect for commander and legendary difficulties. Playing with this mod will result in tripling your promotion rates on legendary difficulty. @CastledCard, I think you should address that issue. Here are the original kill requirements on the highest difficulty:

I upgraded the mod and noticed that now the config file only shows the unused "RequiredXp" values. The numbers of kills are simply not there anymore.

I think I figured it out! I'm playing on legendary and if you look at the default file, legendary has a much higher kill requirement than the other difficulties. And you have them all set to the same value. I'm going to use your mod as a base and just edit in the values for the legendary difficulty. Thanks!

@andrey_v_b I did just update it like a few hours ago that bumped up the XP requirement to be less extreme. Still might be extreme, but that's what tests are for.

So it's definitely a 40% increase? All my soldiers went from LT to CPT to MAJ in two missions. Otherwise, great mod, thank you very much!

I seem to be gaining levels after every mission for every soldier. Are you sure that the values are correct? Level-ups seem way too frequent.

Also. I noticed you change the "RequiredXP" values and also the "RequiredKills" and your required kills values are the same on all difficulties. Are you sure the "RequiredXP" values are even used in-game? I believe they were connected to "bUseFullXpSystem", which is off by default and the RequiredKills were the only thing used to decide when somebody is promoted.

Nice... Will it work with those 2 mods that show how much XP you need to level up? The one where it shows during combat, and the other one where it shows when you are at home base

And that works across all difficulties, including legend? If so, that is awesome coz it takes FOREVER to level up in legend with the fatigue mod
