No problem. I love flares so much, i really dont like having to craft a new one each time i shoot one :P

I climbed on my watchtower to launch a flare. i basically climbed a ladder and was standing on a platform. that's pretty much it.

There was a period where it would use itself while mounted.. The May 10th update fixed that. I haven't heard of it using itself outside of being mounted on a Dino. Do you remember what you where doing at the time?

I was on my watchtower and the flare gun used itself :(

Having Issues trying to resolve the consuming of the flare gun while mounted. So don't use it while mounted.
