Saturn, it should be bottom right display on the back of the vehicle. If it's not there, then maybe it disappeared temporarily due to the game still being in development. I've seen some critical things disappear and reappear as changes are made to the game.

Thanks everyone. @spin-planet, they recently redesigned the interior. Now, if you go into Stats, there's a button for the headlights on there. This is now true across all of the vehicles as far as I can tell.

How you get the headlights to work? The driver display looks different.
