Do I have to have a certain level to use this? I'm currently level 6 and I'm not seeing this skin when I go to configure truck. I'm guessing it's because I don't have the Aerocab??

try using hex value #AA0000; from the 49ers red

That looks like the site I used to get the colour codes, I will check the PSD and see if I am remembering correctly
