seriously though, how the fuck does this exist?

@BionicSoup: Yeah, I thought the generic soldiers would be better but there's actually like 3 VAs doing every line, need to see how much each character really has to it. It'd be cool to have a squad of GDI or Nod soldiers if there was enough though. I'll probably start with Nod soldiers first after I settle Havoc.
gxxx_snd is GDI
nxxx_snd is Nod
mxxx_snd is Mutant
cxxx_snd is civilian.
that's just about all that makes sense with the Renegade voices naming conventions though. :P
Deadeye: 101 (gsmg_snd)
Gunner: 164 (gsrs_snd)
Hotwire: 105 (gsen_snd)
Patch: 75 (gsgr_snd)
Sakura: 100 (nbmg_snd)
Then there's all the other characters as well, like Raveshaw and Mendoza.
Sydney: 228 (gbrs_snd)
Mobius: 95 (gcim_snd)
GDI EVA: 542 (00-xxxxx/evag_snd)
Mendoza: 98 (dsgn_snd)
Raveshaw: 59 (nbrs_snd)
Nod EVA: 406 (01-xxxxx/evan_snd)
Then there's the generic troops too, most of which I haven't gotten around to locating all the files for, but the few I have are.
Stealth Black Hand: 155 (nsss_snd)
Flame (and I think Chem) Troopers: 180 (neft_snd)
Civilian Male: 38 (ccsm_snd)
Civilian Female: 70 (ccsf_snd)
there's also like mx0_enginner1, mx0_rockettrooper, mx0_hum-veescout, etc. which are pretty self explanatory. As well as other troops I haven't managed to decipher what their naming convention is. Still trying to figure out a few.
