Cost for units is using an automated tag that uses game data - it always shows the actual price so it can't be wrong, so I'm not sure what you're referring to with viking longboats. Maybe you have the mod for aoc active with a higher priority?
One question: The mod shows all handheld gunpowder units as having an accuracy of 50%. The AoE2 wiki puts the Hand Cannoneer at 65%. Which is correct?
It says scorpions do +4 vs. rams, and that heavy scorpions do +2 vs. rams. I'm fairly sure it's scorpions do +1 vs. rams, and heavy scorpions do +2 vs. rams.
