Not without using some plugins. I'm sure you could set up a server with cksurf or kztimer, for example, if you just want checkpoints. The definitive answer to your question is; No, not 'as is'.

mp_limitteams 0
mp_autoteambalance 0

plants is hard in the third,but it can.
first you should run to left or right,and jump with some speed and turn to front,and you can though it!!

Awesome map! Seems very balanced. It might be hard for new players, but with a bit practise you're able to make it. The secrets are well placed and allow to skip some parts.
