With ploppable RICO you could make cul-de sac housing too! A 10x20 lot could have a driveway lead to a roundabout or cul-de-sac and then have houses circled around it like this:

Nice! I got to pitch an idea to you bold builder, what do you think about Simcity 4 style housing with a driveway leading to a backlot house?

With ploppable RICO now a thing you could make something like that with a footprint of about 5x10 or so.
