@ROYAL SAVAGE Why not? They usually include helpful information, like this mod's description tells you precisely what in includes, right in the middle of the description.

@yousaf.sheikh13 Two things, one: I was being blunt, not rude, and two I said it that way because at the time that guy asked that I was getting tons of NPC requests on other mods, and so those kind of were annoying me.

@KÎRÏTÕ_❤_ŧÛÑà™ I think it's something called the Source Development Toolkit (or Kit), meaning SDK. I don't know if it animates but I know it does something related to modeling. You could google more about it. It's free and is here on steam under your "Tools" tab under Library.

@ÍCARO1066 No, I can't make NPCs, that and if I were passionate about NPCs, that's what I'd be doing, but I'm not, hence why I don't make NPCs.
