nice tram

Nice replacement for vanilla trams as it looks much better but still fits small stops

I really like this tram, however the 3car version has too little capacity for some lines and the 6car version is too long for some stops. Therefore it would be great if you could do a 4car version of it.

I haven't. It's still there, called the Budapest version. :)

I will soon also patch this model a little bit so that the carriages are closer to each other, and the train will look better in sharper turns.

@MadCat3D and Misiek: sorry guys, I won't do any other type of tram (at least definetely not at the moment). I've done the Combino because I wanted it in the game, I still do the Poznan (first) version, because it's relatively easy to modify from this existing one. I believe it is fun for me as long as I do make whatever I want to make, but it becames labourous when modelling something in which I'm not that interested. Even though they don't look too much, modelling, texturing, etc takes a long time, and unless I have the interest for it, I won't be willing to do it. Thanks for understanding! The Poznan version will be coming soon, however!

Okay, it is fixed, new version is up! :)

That is wierd because I haven't received any bug reports about that problem and there are other trams and many trains that use AVE successfully.

@DontCryJustDie I know, it was very strange. I'll give it another try, and report back to you. If it works this time, I'll update as well.

@ DontCryJustDie I've tried it, but then the tram was not selectable in-game. It was in the list, but I could not click on it. As soon as I saved it with the same trailers only (and without the back engine), it worked. That was my original plan btw, but I have no idea what was causing the error.

@PeterS Please have a look at AVE (Asset Vehicle Editor). With that mod you can create trams with a back engine so people don't need AVO.

@agunter999 Any color you want, but looks best in glorious yellow :) Because of how the game uses bloom, try to avoid full red, it tends to wash out details on the side (there is unfortunately nothing I can do about that)

What livery/colours is this ATM, Budapest?

@daniel2706 Sub to Advanced Vehicle Options mod and click "replace last car with engine". That way the back of the tram isn't a grey cut.

Can he make this tram with a back? Instead of a grey cut?

trams and trolleybuses only work with snowfall.
