It's a mod from back in 2016, of course it won't work.
Just go to your Gmod installation folder, open garrysmod folder, find data, find Lua, find menu, find error.??? (I don't remember the file extension), and find sysTime = 10, change the 10 to a 0, LUA errors will still appear, but will only appear when something is TRULY broken
