If you dont use IPT vehicles will be spawned randomly afaik

@StringerMarcus You can select vehicles for each line with the "Improved Public Transport" mod, its not a savegame-crashing mod (like traffic++ for example) so you could give it a try :)

Thank you for this. I am considering subscribing to this, but I am playing the game largely Vanilla (with only first person camera mod and stop building from levelling up mod on) -- if I subscribe, with this replace all the trains in my city or do I get the option to decide how they should spawn (I assume that's probably not the case without a mod?) Thank you!
