If you are looking for a light truck with challenge, this and the 3VS cargo mod (currently offline) can't compete with B-130 equivalents for usability and efficiency. As a scout, it's blown away by any of the sensible UAZ/4x4 mods.

The other VS3 mod (by garminbreak also?) is not available atm, but I'm testing it and hope to post review soon. They're pretty good, but much of the same criticism applies.

Recommended for truck trial style racing against others in class or challenging solo runs.

I'm a bit divided on this one. The V3S M2 has a lot of faults as admitted below. I'll add to that tiny little wheels that make climbing obstacles hard, huge turning circle, sluggish wheel response, long wheelbase, high centre of gravity and high fuel cost in it's class. It's also pretty slow.

This model has no loadout options at all, and cannot tow trailers. In it's favor it does have roll-cage winch points for easy recovery which work well. It's also so light with high clearance it floats across almost all mud, and won't cause ruts cross-country, making trips across Hill a doddle. The powertrain is pretty responsive, with no glaring dropouts through gear changes.

Well i do not know what to say, there are other medium trucks with not s much power available in the game and they do not seem to have this issues, maybe you can set it to also use default wheels? (Kamaz offroad ones, or the "thin" ural ones?), that way we could test it better.

There is another problem :
Now, we can't modify wheel traction. And bad offroad performance of the V3S is result :( Actual game version don't allow me to do better :(

@Gamingbreak Well maybe it depends on the place?, i am aware of the characteristics of the truck, but seriously this one was just getting stuck pretty much everywhere, in the ditches, in thick bushes, in rocks, in logs, in deep mud and so.
I tested it on the proving grounds.

V3S is very weak, it has only around 100HP and 400 Nm. But with very short gears and high ground clearance has awesome offroad perfortmance. And this is relatively good simulated on this mod.

Sorry, i really REALLY want a Praga V3, but this one is not so good, engine sound is not even close to real one and it is very loud, transmission is not properly done and is sluggish and does not shows the power of the engine, textures are low quality and the model is not properly proportioned.

Yes. But its need lot of work. V3S from amra 2 is better... but steam ban it!
