I'll translate the comment from iiskirby. If you want to fix the flier, you have to go to the tool that allows you to adjust the angles and the button mapping. Find the two wheels that fold down and click their hinges. Reverse the button layout, so make N into B and B into N. Also reverse the minimum angle to 0 and the maximum angle to 95. Do this for all the steering hinges and the flier will be operable.

If you want to fix the change on the wheels that go below the quad reverse the setting so make the min angle the max an switch N and B
