It's a filter. I don't know if there's a way to add the said radio effect filter on a bunch of audio files in one batch.

Improbably old Vietnam vet survives zombie apocalypse only to fight alien invasion. Poor Bill can't catch a break.

Tried to match the audio to my other packs. Will hopefully be able to change the audio if/when the community decides on an audio standard. I'm not an audio guy so it's kind of a pain to try and make a radio effect that's similar to the voices that come with the game.
