@LaughingCrown90 there really isn't any need for this mod in Xcom 2 WOTC as you can get the training facility pretty early which will allow you to us AP to buy the others

Will there be a update so it works for both versions of the game? It would be nice to have it work on both xcom 2 and xcom 2: War of the Chosen .

@praseodymius, sadly this mod isnt seeming to work for anything right now I have been unable to pin the problem for my own files and we have had no luck with reaching the mod creator.

@sniperknight7 or anyone, Came back to this game after 18 months off, and this mod isn't working. I can't find the source files, UIArmory_promotion or the mod data. Any indiciations of where I should look? (I'm using LW2 and don't have WotC)

@Dark All night did you build the training center for bond training if so yes you will have three in normal game play with WoTC

@Dark All Knight you are using the longer war mod and there should be one for the longer war but you should be able to change it in the source files

there really isnt a need for a WOTC version as you can use points that you gain from team work and other neat fetures this mod is quite liturually useless for the WOTC.Build the training center and buy the ablitities you want. look into mods that give double ablitiy points or use the consul comands to give ablitiy points

No need. You find in the game a construction call Training Center. Here you could spent ability points and unlock all skills.

And if you don't want to wait to all unlock you have a command in the dev console to have more ability points : giveresource AbilityPoint 1000

Sorry, I meant 80+ per soldier. The first one costs 10 points.

@frizzeldian12 Sort of. But the points come out of the samp pool that you use to upgrade the faction heroes. Even if it didn't, you'd need pts/soldier to get every perk. You might want to look at 2x Ability Points as well.

for WotC, this mod isn't really needed anymore, as you're now able to unlock the abilities with APoints

Remove "XcomGame" Folder from the your Documents. It worked on my case

I think that author don't give a damn about this mod anymore. Too bad, it was nice to have some overpowered soldiers out there :P

You mod stops working after a bit and i think you might need to update it and take a look at you coding please try reworking your mod it is great when it works but thats lik maybe 5% of the time and your fix no longer works either

I find the mod works well, except for one thing: I find the icon bar doesn’t have enough space to include all the abilities. Do you know of a mod that increases the number of icons you can have in the action bar ?

This mod is working. I too had the same problem where the mod suddenly quit working. In my case the fix worked this way. I had previously backed the game up so I copied the backup copy of the "XComGame" folder over the current folder in the Steam library. Re-installed the mods and everything worked. Hope this helps.

Shame it doesn't work for Long War 2 :( It even removes the far right ability, removing an entire line of skills, would be great if the mod developer made a Long War 2 version!

This doesn't seem to work anymore, and the fix in the description doesn't help.

I don't exactly understand you. what kind of bug is it? and how do you fix it?

Well ther is a bug were you can get at lest all (exept for the last one) Perks of a class with this mod. If you dont chose a perk in the left Cornor you have the notifications that told you unused Perkpoints. This notification lead to the old Vanila perk Window with the new perks. But it only get the left and the middel one. But if you allredy have the right one it let chose you this lvl to. So just respec, chose all the right perks exept for the last one, then go to the normal ship sight and with the button in the btm left all other perks. This shuld give you at lest every perk (exept for the last right one)

Please make this work with the Long War mod, choosing only 1 of the three perks is not fun.

Now that Long War 2 is officially out, it would be awesome if you either updated this to allow all three perks, or make a separate mod to do so. This mod has been a must-use for me since you uploaded it, I'd had to have to go back to the old fashioned way of leveling :-P

Will this work with the Long War Perk Pack? I know that adds another perk option per level.
