You could, theoretically, but I would not advise you to do so. The district function is the vanilla version of boformers popular mod "building themes", the mod is better in every single way, since you can just make your own "district styles" ingame, also it is significantly faster. If you read the description, I’m sure you can make your own styles (they are called themes there) in no time

Can this be a theme for our industrial area? I wanted to make this a district, but it didn't give me that option

Unfortunately yes, there is no really good way to get rid of the pollution. Uploading them as foresty or farmland would get rid of the pollution, but would come with a lot of other problems, as these is no way so far, to block them from growing on farms and foresty too.

Thankyou i have been waiting for someone to make realistic industry. Do they have the same pollution stats as normal industry? Id like to make neighbourhoods that are mixed residentil-industry without everyone getting sick
