This is one of my all time favorites, along with the Woolworth bld and others from that time period. I just wish we'd make buildings like this again, I am not a fan of the boring square buildings or those skinny "chimney-looking" monstrosities. But yeah, it would cost a fortune in today's market where you could build twice the size for the same cost..so I get it...

@Feinbild would you place also make City Investing Building in new york, it was the neigbour of the singer building in 1908

What's the building next to it? Not the Kales Building, the other one. Its not in the Manhattan or Brooklyn collection and I cant find it :/

Maybe at some point, right now im fine with the current state. You could use "Move it" on another building to close the gap.

Very cool building! Do you still plan to optimize the model? Also, and I don't know how fixable this is, but it doesn't fill the entire 6x5 space, making wall-to-wall impossible.

The purpose behind 1:1.5 buildings is that our cities are also in scale, never bigger than 1m pop, and so some of us builders like more steady, stable skylines instead of high peaks among flat euro/default buildings.
