no mods, it's just base game content only! so if you use it, it will work fine.

it's not a mod lol, it's a blueprint and anyone can use it for what ever you wish.

yes it has a small shuttle bay on the under side of the ship

Yes there is a decent sized shuttlebay, which can hold up to two of the "UFP C Class F Shuttles" which is what I use with the ship.

I really, really like this, could you possibly make some other smaller ships like this from star trek? Such as intrepid, constituion, galaxy, soverign, any of those.
