Hi, i found a small bug that i believe came from "Mod Everything". After killing an enemy and acquiring a last move from Death From Above skill, overwatch with pistol, will fire with sniper rifle.

Same dev/null. I know how it is with getting burned out on a game you were modding, so no worries at all about 'abandoning' the mod. Your efforts are still very appreciated, especially since without your work the newer reloaded version wouldn't be able to exist. Cheers. (:

@reinhartalvaro the only diference is that Reloaded gives utility slots upgrade slots while have a nasty bug with DLC weapons (unables to mod anything on a soldier with boltcaster and anything on sparks )

Tried it one last time, removed all mods, cleared all configs, started a new game with only mod everything activated. Still only shows weapon upgrade, never anything else but simply the weapon upgrade screen.

I'm just gonna give up trying to get this mod to work, I'm tired of having something that shouldn't be overriding it override ti and unable to see what it is, most of everything i have install are from grimy that is COMPATIBLE with this mod, almost EVERYTHING else is a camo pack or options under props that shouldn't be affecting this at ALL. I've disabled everything, cleared the config folder in my documents, verified cache, everything short of a fresh install. this is borderline ridiculous. I've done all of this multiple times. I'm getting REALLY annoyed with having to retry and retry something that shouldn't be this frigging complicated, tired of having to start new games and go through those annoying starter missions with bradford's stupid comments and then still having to wait to test if this works or not.

Most of my other mods are from grimy's mods or camouflage packs othr than one that adjust mission timers and loot timers so I am at a loss, way too many mods to go through one at a time. Do I ony need to clean up th config files in the my documents folder or all of them there and in the xcom 2 game foldr in steam also?

Well removed that particular mod, cleared out configs in my games/yadayada/configs, relaunched the game, and still nada...

I mightt'v figured it out, found on of my modds that would conflict with lw's strip weapons so thinking that might be the culprit trying to tst that teory out now..

blarg this game needs something like LOOT to help eliminate such long arsed processes...would a list of th mods i have installed be beneficial in anyway? you can add me if you like, this has been driving me nuts since yesterday...

The only thing you could do is trial and error. Disable all mods, clean configs, load just mod everything and see if it works. then add mods back in one by one until it doesnt.

is there anyway to tell what mod might be overriding this one and not allowing me to see the alterations mae to the upgrade screen?

I meant show me the skills not stats, sorry, I don't know what mod would b overriding it however...

It isn't however, and I don't know what mod would be blocking it :/ I don't think I have any other mods that would block it unless it's something like show me the stats?

@krmzonbladez: if the mod is loading properly and not being blocked by another mod, the Weapon Upgrade button should be labeled somethign like "Upgrade Equipment"

I reinstalled the mod after clearing all configs still no change to the weapon upgrade menu to allow me to mod anything besides the main weapon

cannot add mods to armor or sidearms....installed this to go with grimy's loot mod and so on...

Does it work with Long War 2?

I mentioned this on the reloaded page but just in case anybody has the same issue, there is an incompatiblity between this mod and Armoury Navigation Fixes, it causes the secondaries/armour to say they are fully upgraded and have no slots avalible

The slot is defined on the item template and has nothing to do with this mod.
check if the attachment number is exposed to the config of that mod and change it there.
Idk if the vanilla armors have their slots exposed to config or if they are hard coded, its worth a look though.

@trsand98 that is why I am asking the community for the solution, but not the mod author specifically. I need some guildance/ insight on how he first work a way to make slot on secondary weapon (if any of you guys know), so I may follow suit and try.

Hey, this mod stopped working for some reason, in Long War 2. There is any hope to fix it?
What happend? Amors, Swords and etc. lost mod slot. I have restored modslot to anything but armor. Any hope for help? :)

@SamXjones This mod only gives items one mod slot, and has no way to change it. As far as I know, the mod author has no plans to change this.

any of you guys know the way to increase upgradable slot for armor? I have tried to open config file of your mod and get nothing.

It's not this mod, I use it and it's fine. It must be some kind of combination, including this one. By "this", I mean the icons one, of course.

i have absolutly no idea why this is breaking LW2, but it is (at least for me)

i am veting my mods one by one, and it takes a freaking while....
damn i wish steam was't so buggy and slow when you close the game.
i'll tell which one was gamebreaking, this mod wasn't. but there is one mod that is supposed to be LW2 friendly which is gamebreaking.

@mutant This mod being the cause of your problem is impossible because the mod author himself has stated in an earlier comment that this mod "has no tactical mission presence (i.e. is not even running at all during tactical missions) and does nothing beyond it's stated changes."

just disabled it, began another LW2, still brken, i'm done trying to get that LW2 running, it broke my entire game....favorite game....
anyway, great mods mister author, liked them all through multiple playthroughs.

for me this mod is gamebreaking when i try to do LW2, strange though it doesn't look like the kinda mod that overrides lots of things.
Is there maybe something to do to make it LW2 friendly ? (cause when i say gamebreaking, it totally breaks it, as in : missions have no objectives, and you cant do anything past the first mission that has no objectives)

This mod prevents the 'Uniform' mod to work in LW2, and saving uniforms is a big plus...

So it is confirmed compatible with LW2, right?

I have never received a drop for enhancements to armor or secondary items since installing LW2

Is this mod alone supposed to let you place upgrades in armors, secondary weapons, and the DLC weapons? Because I see no upgrade slots in any of them. :( I do get to name weapons and such, but not sure if that's in vanilla now or not?

so there's no way to fix this? i also don't see any upgrade slots on any secondary weapon or armor

In LW 2 you can edit XComLW_Overhaul.ini to add more slots to secondary's. This works with Grimy's mod. Unfurtunatly, cant say the same for armor :(

Armour and Secondary upgrade slots behave strangely compared to Primary slots-- it's something that will require further template editing in the SDK to fix up as far as I can tell.

So everything was working fine but today no slot in armor and psi amp requires continental bonus ( Long War 2)
