After the buff, it's as useful as the lightning hand on making the sniper to solo kill a target. While the lightning hand has a better damage and is able to shoot a different target, deadeye can work with squad sight.
Great mod. One suggestion - increase the cooldown by a turn at the very least. This skill sucked balls before, but it's now actually a little too good because I think it's only a 2 turn CD?
Could be a 4 turner at this point
It starts off with -10%.
When you upgrade it, it becomes -15% AND +1 extra DMG.
I think that sounds nice.
This makes it more of a worthwhile perk, although it is a nice skill in vanilla if you use it right, at reasonable range, flanking and at height advantage. 4 skill CD is way too much for how punishing the aim penalty is though.
