ha! revisited the .txt file i had called "cancer.txt" and found a link to this. after seeing those images and the video i saw something...
it even fucking says chainsaw backstab on the level

because in Move Or Die, there is a gamemode called chainsaw backstab. If you dont move, you die. In this, you copied it, changed the name, and called it your own. Can You Taste The Rekt?
