The launcher 2K is forcing is total trash. If something doesn't work (like this mod), it's the launcher's fault.
Even without any mods, it's worse than the Alternative Mod Launcher
Dragon32 22 nov, 2024 @ 16:51
OK. Keep on trying to use something broken then.
J. FAITH 22 nov, 2024 @ 14:36
@Dragon32 not sure if I wanna install third party or community software, where steam already provided two launchers. Cant be that hard to make it compatible?

Wolf_Von_Tyr 22 nov, 2024 @ 14:19
Damn, this was one of my faves. Since it was last updated in 2016 and just died with the new launcher, I hesitate to say that I think it's gone.
Unless... Maddox? Are you out there, homie, pal?
J. FAITH 21 nov, 2024 @ 12:21
stopped working with the new launcher
Petr 25 dec, 2020 @ 15:27

Baal Firenze 5 okt, 2019 @ 17:08
One of my fav mods, works in WotC for 100 hours
Cato 8 jun, 2019 @ 6:53
Works fine with WOTC. Been using it for well over a year now.
DustDevil 23 maj, 2019 @ 15:22
Works with WOTC?

Works mid-campaign?
NoFilters 13 nov, 2018 @ 6:58
Press f to all the non-WOTC users.
Albertine_Crowley 24 okt, 2018 @ 10:55

Nasarog 19 sep, 2017 @ 11:52
Wish this had a WotC version with more tattoos.
Crayon Flux 3 sep, 2017 @ 7:59
Works for me in WOTC. Cheers!
Malidictus 31 aug, 2017 @ 4:34
This does indeed appear to work with War of the Chosen. Do we know if the original mod-maker is still available to reupload it so the compatibility warning goes away?
Badger 30 aug, 2017 @ 11:22
for some reason this and another tattoo pack don't appear in the mod launcher list :\ even thought I'm subscribed
legion 30 aug, 2017 @ 10:06
From what I can see, this works fine with WotC.
K. Constantine 30 aug, 2017 @ 1:00
Is this compatible with WotC?
BlueRaja 5 feb, 2017 @ 0:55
The additions in this mod won't be applied to new rookies by default. I've created a mod that fixes that: Rookie Customization Options
BootsyFarnsworth 23 jan, 2017 @ 21:56
Do these show up on random recruits too?
TricksForSwitchz 5 dec, 2016 @ 9:55
That Flower Girl tattoo is really, really nice. Love to see my badass run around with the girl on his arm. I love these kinds of tattoos and it would be great to see more of these implented. Also cheers, good work.
Edge 25 sep, 2016 @ 3:35
Good work, but I can not find the Hex Tatto for both arm
vamcj 20 jul, 2016 @ 9:25
@alfn86: You simply edit the file XComContent.ini . The author explained 2 or 3 times here how to do, take a look there on the other pages.
@Asshole Maddox: 2 Questions :
1 ) Can you add an icon before the name of each tattoo / paint faces , as is done in DLC Anarchy Children ?
2) You are still thinking of bringing new updates or mod stopped ?
Ahhh , and before I forget , congratulations and thank you for making this excellent Mod.
alfn86 24 jun, 2016 @ 15:32
Good mod! The unique flaw is the "none" before the first face paint (hand 1).
Nasarog 16 maj, 2016 @ 5:14
Any update on when new content is coming?
Channel5 Gaming 27 apr, 2016 @ 22:31
Awesome mod! Gave this my recommendation in my mod review video on my channel!

Nice! Thanks!!
Cahos Rahne Veloza 30 mar, 2016 @ 7:24
@Asshole Maddox:

You and other Custom Face Paint modders should know that after the last major update for the game (the one they released before Anarchy's Children was released) the developers have added the Face Paints option to the Base game's Customization options by default so you can now essentially remove that "None" option you added for the game along with your mod :)
Fx_oO7 16 mar, 2016 @ 3:24
Thank you for these superb tattooings.
It is déco are parts of best available for Xcom 2.
Hope to be made new tatoo?
Ghost Fox 12 mar, 2016 @ 6:02
...Hybridon, if you'd read the first page of comments before posting, you'd see that the author has indeed addressed that concern. Credit for caring, points off for inattention.
Kanan 9 mar, 2016 @ 9:03
Dunno if you have seen this, but Id recommend taking a look at this reddit thread that shows how to get rid of unecessary files in XCOM 2 mods that only make it harder to load:

Charged Cyberpunk 7 mar, 2016 @ 11:26
Can we get like a Facepaint similar to Abbath from Immortal. That would be the best Mod ever.
Mantonio 7 mar, 2016 @ 11:22
Thank you!
Maddox  [skapare] 7 mar, 2016 @ 11:01
just edit steamapps/workshop/content/268500/620051852/config/XComContent.ini and add ; before the line with blank template
Mantonio 4 mar, 2016 @ 11:17
Hello! Love the mod. Could you mention in your mod description where the files would be located on your computer when you download it, please?

Since I have the Resistance DLC I currently have two 'None' options, and I'm trying to work out how to remove one.
Maddox  [skapare] 3 mar, 2016 @ 8:41
Yes, that is not the issue though. That is just the archive that contains the textures, not the actual shader file that causes the problem, that one is fine.
Bei tempi 3 mar, 2016 @ 1:55
That's right the tattoos seem to weight 100MB on their own
Maddox  [skapare] 2 mar, 2016 @ 23:18
Havent updated in a while due to holidays / being generaly busy. But it seems like it doesnt, the shader file is 1kb. You should be able to check it yourself for any mod in steam folder / steamapps /workshop/content/268500/mod folder/content
Bei tempi 2 mar, 2016 @ 14:37
IceMaverick 2 mar, 2016 @ 12:22
Hey. I'm posting for broadcasting volume to mod authors I'm subbed to, in case this applies to you and you haven't yet fixed the Memory issues inherent to many mods due to a ModBuddy error: https://www.reddit.com/r/xcom2mods/comments/48c8v3/psavoicepacks_and_other_mods_to_a_lesser_extent/

Please double check if this bug in ModBuddy may apply to your mod to help modded X2 games run better.
Sporks 2 mar, 2016 @ 9:02
Love this mod, thank you. Can I point you in this direction please? And apologies if you're already on top of it: https://www.reddit.com/r/xcom2mods/comments/48c8v3/psavoicepacks_and_other_mods_to_a_lesser_extent/
pumasky2 27 feb, 2016 @ 21:41
Im sorry, but can you add face paint without triangle on chin?

Also, thank you for this mod.
Dampyre 20 feb, 2016 @ 23:26
some other suggestions for you for face paints .. How about face props from alien series ala Star Trek, DS 9, and Babylon 5.. For example Scars to replicate Klingon type forehead and perhaps scales .. Hat /Helmet props for like vulcan ears, minbari forehead features and andorian antenna.. face paints to make faces complete color for example blue for andorian of green for others.. (one i relly would like to see is trill like marking.. you hex are good substitute for now for my Jadzia Dax) Helmets and armor could be made to replicate Dr. Who's Cyber men... and so on LOL... wish I had the skills to do this stuff... just food for your imagination should you keep on adding things nice work so far....
ferret 18 feb, 2016 @ 7:53
I really love your work
Arkan 15 feb, 2016 @ 20:04
