I think that this addon was based off Unit 731 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unit_731#:~:text=It%20routinely%20conducted%20tests%20on,amputation%2C%20and%20standard%20weapons%20testing .

(FUN FACT )These models look kinda like the animal cleanup crews sent to pripyat after the reactor exploded. They gave civilians hazmat uniforms and then they were paid to shoot irradiated animals(to put them out of their misery) Otherwise great models 10/10
