I don't see why they wouldn't be allowed to post a blueprint using Darth's mods, since they're not actually including the mods in their work, just making something that requires them.

Yep. Like that you detailed it descently using only large blocks. But I will try to make a super-duper detailed with small ship blocks. Can I use your mods? With appropriate credit of course....
