I wanted to play this map because it looked like a fun map. Dark and moody. But I couldn't get up the rope? At least I think it was a rope? But it was like a square beam? I couldn't figure it out even though I followed your tutorial exactly. I couldn't cling to the rope no matter how I tried. Kept trying thinking maybe this is part of it or something? It didn't work for me. Maybe an alternate route would have helped?
Gave up after 30 mins of frustration. So disappointed.

What a story! although i didn't familiar with your plot. it is a good map!(maybe i need a subtitle)by the way.Is Lucian actually a Kleer or skeleton thing living in hell just remind when he was a human?

May be. Cause it starts normally for me. :/

Oh, thank you , Deviantel! Will check out that solution right now. As for falling under floor - that happens again and again for me but instead of first time - now i am falling half under floor, not entirely (Sam walking half under floor - on the ass line:)) This is not so big issue and i am wonder why it happens... Mybe because i use other player model (Duke Nukem)? Maybe it uses a different collisions?

Strange, the player start bug never happened to me. Could be a SS:Rev issue, cause I've tested it for it only once. I've tested it many, many times for SS:TSE and that never happened. I'll check it out.

As for the chess riddle, if you're completely unfamiliar with how chess works, then here's the solution for you.

Thanks for checking it out!

I fell under floor upon start in very beginning. But was able to jump out again. Please check out height position of Player start. Also that chess riddle is beyond my understandings - i don't know the rules of the chess game - so dropping it... Anyway other aspects were nice.

I didn't know I could have an identity crisis until I played Lucien. 10/10 would be confused again
