I think the blade needs to be completely redone. In my opinion it looks horrible. I like the rest anyway.

i mean a oversized screw not a normal one

a screw could not slash, only stab, and the demoman's melee weapons slashes

Could you replace the blade with a screw so it would look like it could actually cut in to someone?
