When you finally buy it, check out the YouTube "Let's Play" videos made specifically to show what the new DLC offers.
They can teach you some neat tricks.

Interesting idea. I have actually not played with Park Life yet.

I'm thinking of taking a tip from one of the YouTube Let's Play guys.

You use this asset and the Invisible Park Entrance asset that I have buried somewhere among my 1,200 favorite assets.

You then make it into a park for the Park Life DLC (I have all DLC's & Radio Stations) and then you make money using it as a pedestrian tollbooth but connecting every street.
It would at least pay for the maintenance costs.

Right, like I'm going to keep the entrance fees low heh heh heh<Evil Laugh>

I'm also eyeing those walkways you made as well. Money Money Money!!!

Hello Dee, you do want your streets 8 tiles apart to allow for maximum growth of every available biulding. So, not sure why you would want to Narrow your stret girds. Thank you for the kind words. Help me understand why you would ever one 6 tile girids and I will build it for you.

Any chance you could make one that is 9 wide, with a break in the hedge at the middle square? I like to make my zones 9 across, with a path down the middle. I'd live to put one of these across my zone (9 spaces) and then one 8-space walkway branching out from the middle, on each side (total 8+1+8 squares long). Great, great stuff you make!

Haha, thanks. I am completely new at 3d stuff, trying to learn. I designed a lot of graphics though, so when I have something simple as a billboard, I can make designs for it. Downloaded some examples which I take apart in 3d to learn. Get to understand the kinds of maps like illumination. I hope to be able to create a range of items for one or more brands in the long run. A truck, billboard, neon sign and so on. I'll get there. Or not. Haha.
