I found the problem it was a addon called Demolition Explosions which made explosions unfreeze and unweld props when exploded which was destroying the rocket

When I press 0 the rocket falls apart and the thrusters fly away and no matter what I do it does the same thing from unfreezing the entire thing from not doing anything it just explodes and fall apart.

adetinne laptops arent intended for gaming, but for work, most people who play videogames have a full numpad, but you can use an on-screen keyboard like i do.
