Guide below works, you don't have to use SteamCMD though.

If your subscription to this Workshop article doesn't work, follow these steps:

- Download the Workshop file using SteamCMD. Learn how to use it here:

- Go to steamcmd\steamapps\workshop\content\17520\605176003 and copy the "605176003_pak" file.

-In Synergy's "custom" folder (steamapps\common\Synergy\synergy\custom), create a new folder (e.g., "playermodel") and paste the file there. This folder SHOULD NOT be named with things like "model" or "models". Any name except these will work.

Restart the game, select the "male_05" playermodel, and check if it loads correctly.

This is a fan made model for synergy, once you install this the mod will replace "male_05" in synergy, this addon is for synergy not HL2

I think you took this model from obsidian conflict. a coop mod that is far better than synergy. if im wrong tell me because im not sure but the rasembalance to the obsidian conflict model is... well.. striking.
