@Ooffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff it's a serpentine dragon, it has no horns, thick scaled eyebrows and not even any scales on the face, it looks like that for a reason

(to fix the head) Maybe if you added horns, thick scale eyebrows, and just a bit more scales on the face, and I'd probably get this no questions asked

OH MY GOD HE LOOKS ADORABLE NOW!!! Seriously, thank you for making this mod :3 The serpent dragon was supposed to be a serpent, not a grey blobby thing with wings. You did a wonderful job with this reskin and gave the serpent dragon an amazing look. :)

Sahloknir can be a Serpentine Dragon, yes, it depends on your level. My mod doesn't effect that.

I wouldn't know how to do that. You can use Bend Will to ride these dragons though.
