Whenever I enable the black jacket with this mod, the mod still shows over the jacket and not the other way around

Just extract the vpk file from the zip folder, and then put this vpk file into Steam\SteamApps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons

@Mkkel70 - Yes, the reskin does show up on the Zoey model in The Passing intro.

@Zoey™ - this is purely a reskin. You can use it with the standard Zoey model too. Or you can find one of the other White Lie mods here.

i understand and have full respect if it don't work or to deficult. I have my own favorite zoey... skin loadout and its sometimes annoying to toggle on and off the skins each time i play a match.

@妻 ♥ Mrs.Femmie ♥ 妻 - Tricky... I don't know about this. I don't fully understand how the Zoey replaces Rochelle mods actually work in detail - I just took one that worked and modified it to suit my needs. It might be possible...

wow nice, any chance to create this but a replacement for rochelle without it conflicting with standard L4D1 group zoey skins? It might sound deficult or impossible.
