@PenguinMkenz I'm working on them but with work and school there is little room. I'm also trying to figure out compatibility to make sure everyone can enjoy them.

Thanks for the kind words everyone! This building should be compatible with new DLC as it was made in vanilla Cities Skylines.

Also known as "Plywood Plaza". :-)

During the 1970s when the building was built, the windows kept popping out and falling to the sidewalk below. It took some years and retrofitting to make the building safe not only for the tenants above, but the pedestrians and cars down below on Claredon Street.

The building was built as a competing tower against the Prudential Center and tower located a block away on Bolyston and Huntington Street, which was built by the competing Prudential Insurance Company. My dad worked in one of the offices in this one and it was great way to see a city below. I used to spend my whole day up there as a kid when I would go into work with him during my school vacations.

This isn't the john hancock tower!

I appreticate this. I really do. but the Prudential Tower beats at the roof, the Hancock by 9 Feet, and at the spire, aboout 200 feet. Just amistake in the description. No big deal tho.
