Oh riiight. I covered that up in some of the mods where I use Funreal's open jacket. May have missed it in a few places. It doesn't affect the average user though.

This IS the longer hair mod, except that it has the tshirt you specified. it will work with jacket/body mods and also with hair color mods.

Oh geez... I thought this mod worked as to simply change all default zoey skins to a open jacket AND change the t shirt but that wasn't the case.

As said though, you won't get the tshirt mod to work with the longer hair mod, unless they are manually merged.

I thought so but the t shirt won't apply, it stays white. may I ask what mod is used in that screenshot because Zoey facical expressions is compleatly different from mine?

I see. Well, I'm honestly totally lost with trying the t shirt to change, it worked just now but I switched jacket and it no longer works, the mod only changes the jacket it says and jeans.

It would be possible to set them up to work together, but you would need to unpack the mod, and swap out the files to combine the model from 1. with the textures from 3.

The problem is that both 1. and 3. include custom models and the associated textures. This means that you will see whichever of these has higher priority on you addons list. The reason for this is that the vanilla model does not have this tshirt, so any custom model with the tshirt needs to include a texture for it, since there is no fallback in the game files.

Negative, the skin I tried with actually modded the shirt, it was in a collection of other jacket only skins so got confused my bad. However now her hair refuses to be as long as in your picture? It stays normal.
