the head lights are not on the top of the locomotive, and the lights on the nose are not headlights. the top most one is supposed to have another one below it and the others are supposed to be marker lights.the second truck has 8 wheels and the first 1 has 4 wheels making it a B-D wheel arrangement instead of a B-B arrangement like on the real locomotive.
the trucks ( where the wheels are housed ) are freight trucks and not traction motors ( what makes a diesel-electric locomotive go ).the steps on the front of the locomotive ( where people get off and on the locomotive ) are not there.the dynamic brake grid ( the thing in the middle of the locomotive sticking out ) is not the right design and its more boxy on the real GP60M
this comment is not a rant as I a railroad nerd love these differences and give the locomotive its charm and TF2 style.
