Not that i know of my dude. All this mod does is override a cvar so it should be fine with everything including modded factions.

You want to keep this at the bottom of your load order. :steamhappy: have fun!

nope xD however you can try one of my other mods which also makes all of the building blocks free if that helps! i dont really know what else they could be useful for xD if you need anything alse just ask ill be happy to help :steamhappy:
