@timson113 I've playtested and I get people without any issues. I'm ssuming you have power and water etc :)

If those Robusta Palms are included in your map, then on the right hand side of this page will be a menu item "Add Required Items". Click that and add whatever Robusta Palms are in this map.

I just tested on a FRESH COMPUTER thats never had Cities skylines installed. A clean install no mods and the map loaded fine. Let me know if I can help further. I'm thinking it may be the amount of memory you have since the map is pretty detailed and may not be able to be loaded with only 4 gigs of memory.
