How I haven't test it alone. It works correctly in a trainset. I think yopu should use the asset editor and create a new train with this car inside.

I have a funny effect with this: it runs on its own (without the engine!) although I enabled the engine. Looks funny, beccause it's faster than all the other trains. And it's always full (100%). :-)
